In the unlikely case of a return then this can be made within 14 days from the date the parcel is received at the other end, please note the refund period still applies of you are not at home to receive your parcel this is still classed as “receiving” as it’s been an attempted delivery e.g. if you order on the 1st October and there has been an attempted delivery on the 2nd October by the postman but you are out, this is still classed as received, this would count as one day into your 14 day return period.
We can only accept a return if the items are sent back in their original condition with labels intact.
Goods will be inspected on return. The goods are you responsibility until they reach us so please make sure they have not been marked with make up or any strong smelling scents.
Sale items cannot be returned, we can offer an exchange for something else within 28 days of your purchase, this can only happen if your item is still returned within the 14 day period, please note we do not cover postage charges.
Exchanges can be made also within our 14 day period, please write what you would like to exchange for and what size and your name. We will send you an invoice for the postage for your new item.
If you wish to be refunded this will be made in the same way as the payment. The original postage and packaging is non-refundable. This will be sent back within 14 days.
